Job Description:

• Approval/Appraisal of projects and property within the area
• Scrutiny of document and preparation of Technical Reports
• Collection of information relating to Project and Builders
• Collection and Updating of project data of zones and builder status
• To monitor penetration for each project
• To monitor stage of construction
• To ensure due diligence during approval and keep a check on frauds relating to
• Property
• Adherence to TAT
• Tracking and Collection of Technical OTC/PDD
• Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Regional Technical
• Collection of market information and update HO/Regional on a periodic basis
• Timely resolving of audit queries
• Maintain technical MIS and send it to regional technical
• Timely collection and Updating on amendments affecting property
