| Duties and Responsibilities |
• Delivering key tech transformation projects in process automation • 1. End-to-End workflow for pre-computation,payout computation and invoicing • 2. End-to-End workflow for partner nomination, enrolment, training and DRA certification • 3. Compliance calling revamp • 4. Legal process automation • 5. Realtime data sync across multiple systems • • 2) Delivering Process Re-engineering projects • Projects based on BPR & DPR activities. • Own the SDLC for automations: discovery, process design (BPMN), solution architecture, development standards, SIT/UAT, release, and hypercare. • Implement exception handling, observability (dashboards, alerts), and resilience patterns for business?critical automations. • • 3) Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Engage COOs/Business Heads/Operations, Risk, Compliance, InfoSec, Contact Centre, Field Ops to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes. • Evaluate and govern vendors/SIs (commercials, SLAs, delivery), and coordinate with Legal & Procurement for onboarding and compliance. • • B – Additional Accountabilities • Own AOP/Long?range planning for Process Automation. • Maintain portfolio dashboards, KIDs for DMS process automation projects. • Monthly Tracker, MNL, KRA & KPIs tracking & publishing to relevent stakeholders in timely manner. |

| Required Qualifications and Experience |
• a) Qualifications • B.E./B.Tech; MBA preferred. Certifications in RPA (UiPath/AA), BPM/low?code, Architecture/Cloud, Lean/Six Sigma are a plus. • • b) Work Experience • 12–18 years in process re?engineering/automation within BFSI or high?volume ops. • Led delivery of process automation programs at enterprise scale. • Hands on experience in ZBB, BPR/DPR, Draw.io & process mapping. |
