Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology and innovation? Join our dynamic Tech Graduate Programme for 12 months and become part of the digital transformation journey at one of South Africa's leading banks. Over 12 months, you will be involved in agile project delivery and exposure to DevOps practices, gain hands-on experience and exposure to cutting-edge technologies that are reshaping financial services.

The programme offers an opportunity for permanent placement into a full-time role within our Technology Division based on performance, business requirements and personal growth during the programme.

The Perfect candidate will have a combination of the following:

• A postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Data Science, or a related technical field
• A strong academic record with a proven track record of high-performance
• Familiarity with software development and data engineering tools and technologies (e.g. Python, Java, SQL, Git, cloud platforms, ETL frameworks)
• Exposure to modern data architectures and software engineering principles, including APIs, microservices, and scalable systems
• Works well with others in a team- collaborative, communicative, and respectful of diverse perspectives
• Passionate and competitive- driven to learn, improve, and make an impact
• Resilient and determined- able to navigate ambiguity and persist through challenges
• Intelligent with empathy- combines analytical thinking with emotional awareness
• Ability to think critically- evaluates problems from multiple angles and proposes thoughtful solutions
