Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Research Analyst at JM Search, you will autonomously manage the complex research elements of multiple searches—leveraging your extensive expertise to effectively source, identify, and assess top talent. Develop & Execute Targeted Search Strategies
Provide Advanced Market Research & Analysis
Independently Source Candidates
Manage Internal Client Relationships Autonomously

Competencies:
Advanced Industry & Market Research - Conducts research independently, contributing meaningful insights to search strategies and decision-making processes by leveraging developed areas of expertise.
Independent Candidate Sourcing - Identifies a diversity of candidates that align with client profiles, showing initiative and judgment in evaluating potential fits without direct supervision.
Internal Client Management - Builds strong relationships with internal clients, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Resource Development - Assists in the development of junior team members, sharing best practices and guiding them in basic research tasks.
Search Logistics Execution & Compliance - Manages logistics and ensures high standards of data accuracy, promoting consistency across team processes.
