We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales professional with strong exposure to performance films / industrial films. The role involves pre-sales, technical sales, and coordination with the sales team and manufacturing plant to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle technical sales and pre-sales activities for performance film products
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions and product recommendations
Support the sales team with technical presentations, product trials, and feasibility studies
Coordinate closely with manufacturing plants for product specifications, samples, trials, and deliveries
Assist in industrial and B2B sales across assigned regions/accounts
Work with R&D, production, and quality teams to resolve technical queries and customer issues
Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and reports
Support new product development and market introduction from a technical standpoint
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of performance films / industrial films / polymer-based products
Hands-on experience in technical sales & pre-sales support
Ability to coordinate between sales, plant, and customers
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality parameters
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Polymer / Plastics / Chemical / Mechanical (preferred)
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical sales / industrial sales, preferably in performance films or related industries
