  • Provide daily IT support to our clients in a friendly and efficient way
  • Ensure service quality, response time, and issue resolution meet agreed service levels (SLAs)
  • Accurately log and troubleshoot IT issues to help improve our systems and support in the long run
  • Work with vendors to purchase or renew software licenses, hardware, and other equipment
  • Keep an up-to-date inventory of all equipment, software, and license users

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Response time to support requests
  • SLA compliance
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Technical skills and problem-solving ability


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role within a business environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A helpful, customer-focused attitude
