*Please note, this will be full-time, office based but can offer on-site car parking.
About the role
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting strategic decision making. Leading a small team, the role partners closely with senior stakeholders across operations, procurement and supply chain to drive performance, improve reporting and strengthen financial controls.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, inventory and revenue recognition
- Manage cash flow, forecasting & working capital, providing regular insights to leadership
- Lead month-end close, consolidated reporting and preparation of board reporting packs
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including coordination across departments
- Maintain and improve financial controls, compliance frameworks and audit processes
Skills and experience - CA, CPA or ACA qualification preferred
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of reporting standards
- Advanced financial modelling, analysis and problem-solving capability
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence non-finance leaders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
