This is an immediate start opportunity. This is a role for a Data Cloud/ Data 360 expert. You must have shipped this feature before, be able to understand the architecture for it and be comfortable doing the hands on technical implementation.

Long-standing Allura Partners client in the healthcare services sector, undergoing a Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementation. Sydney-based with hybrid working. Focused on unifying customer data across a large, federated operating model to enable a new mobile experience and modernise downstream marketing and CRM capabilities.
 

About the role
 

Senior Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Architect joining a small, capable internal team on a high-priority implementation. This is an embedded contract role, not a partner engagement — you'll work alongside in-house data engineers and Salesforce stakeholders as one of their team. Reporting into the Salesforce technology lead, you'll own the end-to-end design and hands-on build of Data Cloud across the program. The engagement is tightly scoped, fast-moving, and deliberately structured to avoid the overhead of a typical SI delivery model.
 

• Embedded contract role with direct impact, no SI overhead or SOW friction
• Greenfield Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 implementation
• Sydney-based with flexible hybrid arrangements
• Work directly with senior technical leadership, no layers
• Highly capable internal data engineering function alongside you
• Strong likelihood of extension beyond initial term

• Own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
• Define the source-to-Data Cloud architecture across a large, federated source landscape
• Build Data Streams, DMOs, and identity resolution to unify customer records across many source systems
• Implement Data Cloud's GraphQL interface to surface unified data into a customer-facing mobile application
• Design Calculated Insights to support marketing and operational use cases
• Define the activation flows from Data Cloud into adjacent Salesforce clouds
• Collaborate with internal data engineering on integration patterns and platform decisions

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (essential)
• Demonstrable hands-on Data Cloud implementation experience — Data Streams, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights
• Senior or principal-level Salesforce architect background, with a track record of being the embedded specialist on a project rather than a partner-side delivery lead
• Experience designing source-to-CDP architectures across multiple disparate source systems
• Familiarity with GraphQL API on Data Cloud (highly regarded)
• Experience integrating Data Cloud with Snowflake or similar data platforms (highly regarded)
• Marketing Cloud adjacency or activation experience (advantageous)
• Comfortable working embedded inside a client team with minimal process overhead
